13 September 2025 - Employees of the Kolobov Observatory attended a compelling event at the Information Centre for Atomic Energy (ICAE) in Chelyabinsk. The event featured a screening of a three-part popular science film by the renowned scientist, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Alexey Mikhailovich Semikhatov, which explored the mysteries of gravity.

The film was deeply impressive. Alexey Mikhailovich masterfully explained complex physical phenomena using clear graphics, vivid metaphors, and a series of fascinating experiments. The screening concluded with a discussion of the film with the author himself, which provided a unique opportunity to ask questions and delve deeper into the topic.

We also had the opportunity to personally show Alexey Mikhailovich our own work - a collection of astronomical photographs - and to tell him about their creation and about the Kolobov Observatory. By a fortunate coincidence, our work is currently on display at an exhibition at the ICAE in Chelyabinsk.

Special thanks go to the ICAE of Chelyabinsk for the excellent organisation of the event, which was a real gift for all science lovers.
